Hello John !

I wanted to take a few minutes and thank you for your excellent products and service!!  Also thankyou for putting up with my fussy request for a custom color accordian bag !!   I have got to tell you , when I opened the box , I was blown away !!!  I did not expect my bag to be as perfect as it was!!

I was truely stunned !!  You not only took less then two weeks to make me a custom colored bag,but it was all that you advertise and more !! WOW !!!

I  was so  surprized at the quility stitching and the wonderful fabric,( I own another concertina bag, out of one of our leading magazines,it now is used to hold my sons two sleeping bags!!) Thats all its good for !! I was just so impressed by the all important details, the new riser pockets are awesome,makes preflight at launch a breeze! No tangles , no line throughs and  the mylar stays the shape it should, walls up perfect on setup and pulls up perfect launch after launch !! Ya Hoo  !!

I was still impressed after landing ,  After folding my wing the properway, It did take a little practice,its hard to teach an old dog new tricks ! Instantly one of the problems with the "other bag" was no longer a problem!! The wing getting caught in the zipper every three inches!  Your bag has no such problem, it zips up quick and never gets caught in the wing fabric! That little strip of fabric makes all the difference, unbagging for launch too !

Your new vented design also is great when folding up my wing , all the air escapes easily and allows the bag to breath and should help extend wing life as well !!

Best of luck to you and I will NOT hesitate to tell my fly bros. about your great gear!! Thanks 10 times over !!

I hope your x-mas was a good one ! Mine was excellent, especially with my new bag under the tree ! It arrived on x-mas eve and was absolutely perfect!

The color actually matches my wing very nicely! The craftmanship is really superb, I grew up in a parachute loft and know good work when I see it! It some of the best I have seen since my dads skilled hands! It is so nice I will make sure I tell everyone where I got it !  Let me know if you want me to write you that letter for your web sites, I'll send it to you and you can edit it and post as you like !
